The King and his Poisoned Wine problem

A king is having a feast. His intelligence officer comes up to him 30 days before the feast and tells the king that 1 of his 1,000 bottles of wine had been poisoned by his enemies. The poison kills immediately after 29 days, but has no other effects beforehand. The king has only 10 wine tasters. How will he find out which bottle of wine was poisoned in time for the feast?

not sure whether this is right..anyway here is the explanation
let us consider the case when there are 3 wine tasters A,B&C and 8 bottles numbered from 1 to 8
. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
A 0 0 0 0 1 1 1 1
B 0 0 1 1 0 0 1 1
C 0 1 0 1 0 1 0 1

A tastes wine from bottles5,6,7,8
B from 3,4,7,8 and C from 2,4,6,8.

so if A,B,C are alive then bottle 1was poisoned,A,B alive & C dead then bottle 2 was poisoned & so on..

with 2 wine tasters we can find the bottle from 8 bottles.so when there are 10 wine tasters ,we can find the bottle from 2^10=1024 bottles.
